Maturity and Self Examination

The month of January has focused upon change.   The study has shown that with effort and steady study, the ability to make choices improves and the confidence that you gain in yourself improves as a result.   With this new found confidence, I have realized that complaining in frustration, often internally, about situation does not serve me.  I am finding that if I take that energy and move it toward new choices and get better solutions as a result.
