The Passion of Your Vision and the Courage to Act

Today's quote from John C Maxwell states:

A great leader's courage to fulfill his vision come from passion, not position.

This quote has a lot of meaning to me today as we are watching leader's being tested all over the world in the last few weeks.   I think it is interesting that some of the leaders rising to the challenge of this Corona situation are not among the list people we might have made at the start of this ordeal.

The courage to lead is all around us, if we only pause long enough to notice. Many of the shining examples of leadership do not have a political title at all. The real leadership is often where the spotlight signs.
